Local artist Gary Tsiperfal has an art dispaly at the Cantral Library until mid-May.

Gary A. Tsiperfal is a local artist from East Brunswick, NJ. He has recently graduated from Rutgers University where he studied Political Science and American Studies. Upon his graduation he decided to pursue his true passion in life, the arts. He uses acrylic paints to develop his vibrant and inventive contemporary paintings. His inspiration comes from various aspects of his life. Being the first generation American in his family, Gary relies on his family’s traditions and cultures to develop some of the energy in his paintings. His art ranges from abstract family portraits to paintings of Jewish artifacts as well as other attention-grabbing subjects.

The Youth Services Department announces the return of preschool storytime. Our 4 week session will begin on Monday, April 30. Registration begins on April 23. Customers may call or visit the Library to register.

Central Library: Ages 12-24 months - Mondays & Tuesdays at 9:45 Ages 2-3 years: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30; Ages 4-5 Mondays & Tuesdays at 11:30; Ages 3-5 years Thursdays at 2:00.

Laurence Harbor: Ages 12-24 months Wednesdays at 9:45; Ages 2-3 years Wednesdays at 10:30; Ages 4-5 years Wednesdays at 11:30. The Tuesday evening and Saturday morning drop-in storytimes at Central will continue and do not need registration.
