Yoga at the Library
Health Lecture Series: Yoga— Tuesday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m. Alan Sykes of Bayshore Health and Fitness Center will give a presentation and demonstration on the basics of yoga. Registration is limited to 30, call (732) 721-5600 ext. 5033. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel.
