The New Jersey Library Association held its annual conference in Long Branch from April 11-13. Many of the OBPL staff attended the conference. Librarians Theresa Wordleman and Sara Hansen presented programs and librarian Tim Niland served on the Conference Committee.

Don't forget - a special presentation on the history of Negro League baseball in New York and New Jersey on Tuesday, April 19th at 7:00 p.m. The presentation is by Lawrence Hogan of Union County Community College and is co-sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Humanities.
