Entries must be no larger than 8x10, and no more than 3 submissions per person. All photos should have the name of the photographer, age and phone number on the back of the picture. Submissions must be received no later than August 20, 2006. Prizes will be awarded on August 25, 2006 at the Summer Reading Closing Party in the following categories: Ages 12 and under, Ages 13-17 and 18 +.
