Revised General Election Deadlines
November 5, 2012 - by 3:00 p.m.
Deadline for In-Person Mail-In Ballot Applications
A voter may also apply in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 p.m., the day before the election.
November 6, 2012 by 5 pm.
Deadline for first responders and voters displaced from their primary residence because of Hurricane Sandy to receive General Election Mail-In-Ballots by Electronic means.
November 6, 2012 by 8 pm.
Deadline for first responders and voters displaced from their primary residence because of Hurricane Sandy to transmit to the applicable county board of elections the signed waiver of secrecy along with the voted ballot by fax or email.
November 19, 2012
The deadline for first responders and voters displaced from their primary residence because of Hurricane Sandy for mail-in-ballots postmarked on or before November 5, 2012.
