Old Bridge Public Library: "All ages are welcome to join us at our Summer Reading Closing Party on Friday August 25, 5:30 to 8:30 pm for The Terrific Turtles Party! Enjoy Karen Buckley, the Turtle Singer, and her turtles Rocky, Gracie, Big Bart and Maxine! There will be turtle songs, turtle races and Franklin, the storybook character. There will aso be craft tables and refreshments."

Don't forget about the Old Bridge Public Library Summer Photography Contest: "Photographs should reflect the summer reading theme of Paws, Claws, Scales and Tales. Entries must be no larger than 8x10, and no more than 3 submissions per person. All photos should have the name of the photographer, age and phone number on the back of the picture. Submissions must be received no later than August 20, 2006. Prizes will be awarded on August 25, 2006 at the Summer Reading Closing Party in the following categories: Ages 12 and under, Ages 13-17 and 18 +.
