Old Bridge Library - Diabetes program

Thursday, November 29 at 7:00 p.m. The Epidemic of Our Time: How to Prevent, Control, or Eliminate Type II Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome. Whether you are newly diagnosed with diabetes, have had it for years or are trying to prevent it, this workshop is for you. Pre-diabetes is a condition in which individuals have blood sugar (A1C) levels higher than normal but not high enough to be classified as diabetes.
